General pricing is as follows:
Weekly rentals for 2025
- 5-day rental: $7500
- 7-day rental $10,000
- Additionals: 3.9% sales tax.
- Hosts can recommend local help for cooking and cleaning.
- Deposit: 20% down upon booking, final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Included:
- wood for wood-burning fireplaces
- basic fishing poles, and equipment
- Outdoor grill, outdoor furniture,
- linens, towels, hair dryers, soaps/shampoo (bathroom amenities), coffee supplies
Not included and what guests need to bring:
- all food & drinks for Your stay.
- All equipment for adventuring
